I started to pursue my interests in digital media art in 2002.

It quickly became a passion of mine and a driving force in my life.

It all started with a fascination with television and film.

As soon as I got my hands on a camera and video editing software, I was hooked.

When I began my advanced studies at graduate school,

I became increasingly fascinated with capturing the "real," as "surreal."

Artists such as Guy Maddin and Kevin Everson served as influential inspirations.

My background is heavily rooted in documentary,

which drives my interest in capturing moments as they naturally happen

and creating surreal images that illicit a strangely familiar, uncanny resonance with the viewer.

Over the last 10 years I have been exploring video projection mapping and LED installations as venues to express my art.

I recently began painting again which is inspired by graffiti and is often similar to the visuals I use in live performances.
